The myths and truths are only seperated by the hair's condition. GOOD HAIR CARE is the Key!

1. Healthy blond hair is good hair, dry straw like blond hair is not good.
2. Healthy natural hair is good hair.  dry matted natural hair is not good.

The list could go on and on. Good hair is healthy hair. Healthy hair is obtained by Good hair care. The textures and types that people desire are usually not their own. We all have seen beautiful hair on others and wish for it, however beauty is from within.

OK, I know that sounds a little corny for those looking for quick fixes and real solutions. Beautiful hair is the natural essence of it's original form and feel. The best looks are multi-dimensional. There is an orderly flow, yet the hair is not confined.

Examples: Halle's crop wavy look, Farrah's flips, Aniston's long layers, Ester Rolle's afro are all signature images that display a natural rhythm, YES a Healthy Hair Groove, I would say.

There are so many misunderstandings about good hair care, I am not sure where to begin. Well, step 1, this is personal. We are unique as fingerprints, how can your hair's beauty be based on someone else's look?

The me too attitude has caused an Epidemic of Damaged Hair! Sad but true, it's like 70% and rising.

Where would you like to begin seeking the truth about your healthy hair and good hair care?
